Product Design
Design that makes the product obvious to use.
Research, UX, UI, and prototyping that turn an idea into something people understand in seconds and choose to keep using.

Good-looking products still fail when nobody tested the idea
Most design problems are settled before a single screen is drawn: the wrong feature chosen, a flow that mirrors the org chart instead of the task, an assumption about users that nobody checked. Visual polish on top does not fix any of that.
Product design is how you find those problems while they are still cheap. A prototype can be tested and thrown away in days. The same lesson learned after development costs a release.
What skipping design costs
- Features nobody uses.
Built on opinion, shipped on schedule, ignored by customers.
- Rework during development.
Engineers discover missing states and edge cases the mock-ups never covered.
- Inconsistent screens.
Every team solves the same pattern differently, and the product feels stitched together.
- Support carries the load.
Confusing flows turn into tickets, calls, and churn.
What Our Designers Deliver
From first research to files your engineers can build from
UX research
Interviews, usage data, and competitor review, distilled into the few findings that should change what you build. No hundred-page report.
UX and interaction design
User flows, information architecture, and wireframes that cover every state, including empty, loading, and error.
UI and design systems
A visual language and component library in Figma, so screens stay consistent as the product grows.
Prototyping and usability testing
Clickable prototypes put in front of real users, with what we learn fed back into the design before development starts.
How Design and Engineering Work Together
Design that survives contact with development
Designers stay through the build
The same designers answer questions and review builds during development, so what ships matches what was designed.
Components, not pictures
Designs are assembled from reusable components with defined states and spacing, which engineers implement once and reuse.
Accessible from the start
Contrast, type size, focus order, and touch targets are checked in design, when fixing them costs nothing.
Decisions backed by evidence
Research and test results are recorded alongside the designs, so choices can be explained and revisited.
Our Product Design Process
Each stage ends with something you can review and react to
Understand
Users, business goals, and constraints, gathered through interviews, data, and a review of what exists.
Define
The problem to solve, the flows that solve it, and the scope of the first release.
Design
Wireframes, then full interface designs and a component library.
Validate
Prototype tests with real users, and revisions before handover to engineering.
Product Design Questions, Answered
Do we need product design if we already know what to build?
Knowing the features is a start. Design decides how they fit together, what the user sees first, and what happens in the awkward cases: empty screens, errors, slow connections. Working that out in design is far cheaper than discovering it in development.
Can you redesign a product your team did not build?
Yes. We begin with a review of the current product, its usage data, and support feedback, then prioritise the changes that will help users most. Redesigns are delivered in stages so the product keeps shipping.
What do we receive at the end?
Research findings, user flows, final interface designs for every screen and state, a component library, and a clickable prototype, all in Figma files you own. Developers get specifications they can build from directly.
Do you only design, or can you build it as well?
Both. Design can be a standalone engagement handed to your engineers, or the first phase of a build with our team. When we build, the same designers stay involved until release.
How do you test designs with users?
We put a prototype in front of people from your target audience, give them real tasks, and watch where they hesitate or fail. A handful of sessions is usually enough to expose the main problems, which we fix before development begins.
